Soeren Iversen is the Chairman and Founder of Iversen Healthcare Group. With more than 20 years of executive leadership across audiology, dental, and medical devices, he has built, scaled, and exited healthcare businesses across Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Sweden, and Indonesia.
Soeren's career began in audiology, where he co-founded Audionova in Denmark — growing it to 21 retail locations and achieving a $21M exit within three years. He then established Connect Hearing in Australia for Sonova, building 32 stores and a 150-person workforce within 18 months, and later led the integration of 31 acquired hearing clinics as CEO of Audika in Stockholm.
In dental, Soeren founded Tri Dental Implants, scaling the business from zero across Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia before taking the CEO role at Smartline Medical — where he delivered 35% revenue growth and a 52% profit increase through strategic turnaround and operational restructuring.
Iversen Healthcare Group brings together this operational depth and cross-market experience into a focused holding company — acquiring healthcare businesses with strong clinical foundations and supporting them to grow sustainably over the long term.
